Before forming Quiet Water Associates, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Evolution Networks, Inc. He is recognized as one of the key visionaries in the broadband communications industry. His career in senior management spans the telecommunications industry, and includes BellSouth Personal Communications, Inc., where he was President and COO of this start-up enterprise organization and leading it from initial planning to one of the leading PCS organizations in the US. Ensor also played pivotal roles at BellSouth as Chief Wireless Strategist, Nynex Mobile Communications, AT&T and Motorola.
He holds a BA and an MBA from Duke University.
Curtis has over 20 years of experience implementing and operating IT and back office systems including Customer Care, Rating and Billing Systems in the Communications Industry.
Curtis was a Manager at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) within the Communications Industry practice. He has worked with many large and small Communications companies, specifically in the Wireline, Wireless, Internet Services, Cable and Long Distance industries.

Mr. Scott Wierson is an internationally recognized leader in the development of telecommunications infrastructure projects with particular background in evaluating and deploying leading edge technology. He has over twenty-five years’ experience in the planning, engineering and management of major telecommunications infrastructure projects. Recent projects include work with Marcatel defining a next generation optical network that will provide IPTV, internet, and voice services incorporating NGN and IMS.
As acting CTO he recently lead a team that upgraded a 2G CDMA cellular network to 3G (EVDO Rev A and 1XRTT Release A) in Jamaica and introduced improvements in deployment, optimization, and operations that saved the venture over $5 million. The company transformed from a market loss leader with less than 40k subscribers to a cash flow positive operations with over 200k subscriber growing at 20% per month. Known for mentoring operational staff in technical service introduction, as a senior telecommunications engineer, he has established strategic relationships with vendors, subcontractors, customer and partners throughout the industry at the international level.
Raymond G Howell-25 years of corporate finance and emerging technology venture capital investing. Experience includes Chief Financial Officer, Board directorships, public and private placement fund raising, international business development in China and Africa, currency hedging, financial reporting, tax, and international payment transactions. Raised over $27m in co-founding emerging technology companies. Corporate venture investments produced a cumulative I.R.R. exceeding 85%. Corporate tenures with American Hospital Supply, Digital Equipment and Motorola.
